By using this website or participating in the Campaign’s text messaging program, you agree to these terms.
Text messaging program
Geoff Baum for PCC Board 2026 operates a recurring SMS/MMS messaging program for supporters who opt in through a form on this website or by texting a keyword to a number we publish. Opting in is voluntary and is never a condition of contributing, volunteering, or otherwise participating in the Campaign.
Message types and frequency
Messages may include campaign updates and news, event invitations and reminders, volunteer opportunities, get-out-the-vote reminders, and requests for contributions. Donations will be solicited. Messages may be sent using an autodialer. Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to every message you send or receive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further messages unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by contacting us at info@geoffreybaum.com.

Privacy
Information collected through this website and the messaging program is handled under our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.geoffreybaum.com/privacy-policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties unless required by law.
Contributions
Contributions are subject to the limits, source restrictions, and disclosure requirements of California law. Contributions are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions.
